Manor House Surgery is a public authority for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in relation to information held about NHS primary medical services.
We have adopted the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) Model Publication Scheme, which commits us to making information routinely available to the public.

It may be adopted without modification by any public authority without further approval and will be valid until further notice.
This publication scheme commits Manor House Surgery to make information available to the public as part of its normal business activities.
