The practice records data such as height, weight, smoking status, alcohol consumption and ethnicity in order to maintain up to date and accurate medical
records for all its patients. If you are not a regular attender at the surgery you may be asked this information during your consultation with a clinician, even if it does not relate to the problem you originally came in for.

Medical Students

Fifth year medical students, in their final year pre qualification, are working with us August to March each year. If you do not want a medical student to be present at your consultation, please let reception staff know.

Please listen to the information given and key in the appropriate numbers in order to be directed to the department or services that you would like.

You may use prescription voicemail to request repeat prescriptions at any time but if you wish to speak to a receptionist to order or query prescriptions or to ask for test results, please telephone after 11am.

Dr Guy Wilkinson (m)
staff_guyMBChB, Member of Royal College of General Practitioners, Diploma of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Qualified 1992 After qualifying in Liverpool in 1992 and completing posts in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, ENT, Accident & Emergency and General Medicine, Dr Wilkinson entered this Practice in Glossop in 1997. His main interests are minor surgery, the management of chronic diseases in primary care, restoring his 1965 Mini Cooper and supporting Everton FC. His areas of non-clinical responsibility in the Practice are finance and prescribing. He is a qualified GP trainer and assists in the teaching of medical students from Manchester University

Dr Susan Moore (f)
staff_susanMBChB, Member of Royal College of General Practitioners. Qualified 2001 After qualifying in Manchester in 2001 and completing posts in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, General Surgery, Accident & Emergency and General Medicine, Dr. Moore (nee Munday) entered this Practice in Glossop in 2005. As well as a general interest in all medical fields her more specific interests include women's health, palliative care, and preventative medicine, and shoe shopping. Her areas of non-clinical responsibility in the Practice are practice-based comissioning and the teaching of medical students from Manchester University. Dr Moore is based full time at our Hadfield site
Dr Zeeshan Haider (m)

dr_haiderMBBS Member of Royal College of General Practitioners, Qualified 2002. After training and completing posts in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Accident & Emergency and General Medicine Dr Haider entered this Practice in 2008 and works at our Glossop & Hadfield site. He is the prescribing lead for the practice and his also involved in the training of medical students and doctors. His main interests include travelling and sports especially cricket and football.

Dr Eeleen Woon (f)

dr_woonMBChB, Member of Royal College of General Practitioners, Diploma of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She qualified in 2001, Liverpool. After completing her house job in Arrowe Park Hospital, Wirral, she then moved to Lancaster to do her senior house officer post in general medicine for 2 years. She then transferred for GP training completing her post in Psychiatry and O&G at Tameside General Hospital. She joined Manor House Surgery in 2006.  Apart from doing 6 clinical sessions, she also undertakes one joint injection surgery per week as well as postnatal and 8 week baby checks. Her areas of non- clinical responsibilities are QOF and training medical students and doctors. Her hobbies include cooking and travelling.

Dr Leonard Dumitru (m)
Dr_DunmitruMD 2000, MRCS 2007, Member of Royal College of General Practitioners. After graduating at Medical School in Romania in 2000, he trained and worked as a surgeon in Romania until 2004 then he came to the UK. Dr Dumitru continued training as a surgeon until passing the exam at the Royal College of surgeons of England Membership. In 2007 he decided to become a GP, and trained in Central Manchester for 3 years, and graduated in 2010  to becoming a member of Royal College of GP. Dr Dumitru joined the practice in August 2010.

Dr Jakub Krecichwost (m)

jakubDoctor Jakub is a doctor in his fourth year of post qualifiaction training. He is a Speciality Training Doctor and has chosen to pursue a career in General Practice.

He is with us for six months from August to February 2012.

He is based at our Hadfield site, mentored by Dr. Moore, but does work across site.

She is with us for four months from December 2011 to April 2012.
