Manor House Surgery patients can contact a District Nurse or Health Visitor by ringing George Street Health Centre on 01457 850550
Hadfield patients can contact a District Nurse or Health Visitor by ringing Wesley Street Health Centre on 01457 850470.

An out of hours district nursing service operates at Crickets Lane Health Centre in Ashton, Monday-Friday, 6.00-6.30pm. Telephone 0161 331 9400.

Please note: An appointment system operates in all the above clinics and appointments can be made between 9.00am-4.30pm.
