Request a home visit?

We receive over 4,600 requests for visits each year. It helps us to help you if you can come to the surgery whenever possible. We can investigate and treat more effectively at the surgery, but if you are too ill to attend we will visit you at home. We would kindly ask that children be brought to the surgery in all but exceptional cases.

Please ring before 11.00 a.m. if you want us to visit. The receptionist will ask for simple information about your symptoms. This is to allow the doctors to determine the order of priority of visits. Please only request a visit after 11.00 a.m. if urgent.
