All consultations are by appointment, arranged by ringing 01457 860860 and following the instructions.

We operate a system which aims to have enough appointments available so that you can be seen on the day you need to be seen. There are appointments available on the day you ring and also appointments bookable  in advance.

We do our best to fit in with your time and choice of Doctor for appointments, but this is not always possible during busy periods and we ask for your understanding if this arises.

To assist us we request that you be punctual for your appointment and cancel any unwanted appointments as soon as possible.

Continuity of Care

We value continuity of care. We encourage you to see the same doctor or nurse throughout a particular episode of care wherever possible.
