Manor House Surgery is a modern, fully equipped medical practice staffed by a team of highly qualified doctors, supported by trained nurses and receptionists. We are dedicated to providing you with a friendly caring and efficient family health service.

As Manor House Surgery is a group practice you are registered with the practice although you may see any of the doctors within the practice.

Please note that although you can register online, this registration will only be confirmed when you first attend the surgery and sign the registration form in person.

Patient Survey : Telephones

Your views on the service we provide are important to us and help us monitor and plan.Over the next few months we will ask patients to respond to questionnaires on various aspects of the surgery. During August we are asking you about our telephone service.

Online Appointment Booking and Viewing Medical Records

When you have registered with the surgery to book appointments online you will have received a registration identification sheet and pin number. When you have registered for medical record viewing you will have given the surgery a password to activate your account. Please click the link below to access appointment booking and medical record access. You will need your pin number and medical record password.

Car Parking & Access

Both Manor House Glossop and Manor House Hadfield provide car parks and disabled parking. There is disabled access to all consulting and treatment rooms at both sites.

Health Status Information

The practice records data such as height, weight, smoking status, alcohol consumption and ethnicity in order to maintain up to date and accurate medical

records for all its patients. If you are not a regular attender at the surgery you may be asked this information during your consultation with a clinician, even if it does not relate to the problem you originally came in for.

Medical Students

Fifth year medical students, in their final year pre qualification, are working with us August to March each year. If you do not want a medical student to be present at your consultation, please let reception staff know.

Telephoning the surgery

Please listen to the information given and key in the appropriate numbers in order to be directed to the department or services that you would like.

You may use prescription voicemail to request repeat prescriptions at any time but if you wish to speak to a receptionist to order or query prescriptions or to ask for test results, please telephone after 11am.
